Mists of Pandaria The reason for my sociophobia

Hello, I don't know where to write about this. A player (nickname in screenshot) somehow abuses [Flameseer's Staff] from Flamebreaker quest and spawn elementals in Gadgetzan, they apparently kill all low level players who are there.
I couldn't figure out what was going on and where they were coming from for a very long time, until I saw the beam from the staff, which was directed from above, and there is this nasty thing(Apagado) standing there and casting. And for some reason you can only see him in ghost form, you can't see him alive.
