Mists of Pandaria Buged storm earth and fire

The skill storm ,earth ,and fire is buged 

 

So the skill says , that the summoned splits of the monks are supposed to mimic the monks skills , so it seems when you summon the first split of the monk he is always buged and mimics only spinning crane kick and he is auto attacking , when you summon the second one , the second summon seems to work properly most of the times and does mimic and uses monks skills when I use skills but the first summon never uses anything except for the spinning crane kick and auto attacking that's all he does. are the Devs are aware of this serious bug ?
