Burning Crusade Banned for botting without reason

Just so everyone knows: I was recently banned for botting (without having done anything against the rules). Our correspondence was useless, and I didn't get a reason despite asking. Although the support was willing, their responses were evasive, and they couldn't or wouldn't give a substantive answer. Despite liking the server, I find it pointless to return since anyone can be banned at any time without reason. It was good to be here, peace be with you all.

We always fully record every individual banned for botting with video evidence and verify it fully. If upon appeal you ban was upheld, I am afraid that is the end of the matter. We do not share our methods or else those who use these programs will be able to evade them in the future, this is likely the reason for the evasive responses.

you can at least tell the banned pesron what do you think he was using. Otherwise writing about video evidence is just bullsh*t.
