Burning Crusade spell hit in PvP crazy ??

Hello, I would like to ask for spell hit in PvP. My hit is 4.04% which should be CAP, 1% can never be removed for Spell damage.. I have cap, how can I resist into Rogue with pyro+Fire Blast. I am resisting a lot, can someone check it?

Hello,

Resists have been thoroughly checked by our developers and have found to be correct.

Please note that rogues have a talent that most pick that reduce their chance to be hit by spells by an additional 4%, called "Heightened Senses"

If you wish - there is a debug command you can use to check your resist rate for spells during any Arena or Duel:

.debug combatlog flags 63
