Mists of Pandaria Bugged quest: The battle of Crimson Watch, In shadowmoon valley.

The quest that gets you the illidari tabards is bugged in shadowmoon valley, Getting the book then going to the crystal prison upon accepting the quest it should began spawning waves of enemies but nothing happens. It worked on two of my characters but no longer seems to be working, Is there any work around to resolve this or am i just SoL
