You could also hang around and finish questing the zone even if you out level the area. You mention 0.5 rate, what makes 0.5 your ideal rate? Perhaps for Pandaria you need rates even lower than xp 0.3 - so as not to outgrow the quests of the location. Unfortunately, it’s not interesting to do quests where mobs die in 1-2 hits, since they are green or gray...
