If you have an issue with a lost item, you are going to have to contact a GM via an in-game ticket.  You would have to share with personal account information that should never be shared on a public forum.  If you start a ticket from the character that is missing the item and tell them what item and when you lost it and how you lost it then they can decide if the item should be returned and handle it.
