I lost the signed field duty mission file while doing the field duty mission for Hilissus, and now the mission cannot be abandoned or completed.

The captain's conversation at the camp has not responded. The situation is that the NPC needs signed field duty mission file,But I accidentally threw it away.Can you restore one for me？

make in game ticket and if there is a staff member he will assist you.

All you need to do is to Abandon the quest, and re-accept it at the quest giver. The quest giver will almost always give you another one. Hope this helps.

He did say "now the mission cannot be abandoned or completed", so probably still needs to do a GM ticket and sort out the issue of restoring the item and the issue of why he can't abandon the quest.  Might even need to do a bug report about the "I can't drop this quest" issue.
