Realm: Mistblade 3 in 1 suggestion

Greetings fellow players and respect GM'S i would like to suggest my 3 in 1 idea concept to improve this server.

So the first of my ideas is what i saw on another private MoP server is to add an npc that allows you to transmog legendary items for fee of 20k gold,i was thinking if it would be added that fee should be 20k gold for 2h like axes,maces,swords,polearms,staff,bows,crossbows and guns.
Fee for transmoging dual wield legendary weapon would be 10k for main hand and 10k for offhand.

Second idea is to add readd Splinter of Atiesh to game i think it is possible for anyone who knows little bit more about programing can do that,so it would be good to readd Splinter of Atiesh back to Naxx i know  alot of people would farm it like rest of available legendary items.

Third idea is to re-add Scepter of the Shifting Sands quest chain back like the rest of legendary items obtainable or not i know alot of people would farm it cause they are people focused on getting every possible mount in game.
Also i would like to post one more last thing and that is if its possible tho to re-add the Ashbringer quest to the game as any other legendary items i think many players would be proud to wield or transmog legendary blade of Silver Hand either he was PvP or PvE thats all tell me what you think cheers!
