Mists of Pandaria No option to select a random dungeon finder (normal mode)

Recommended Posts

Hello,

after reaching level 90 with my character, the option to queue for a dungeon in normal mode disappeared from the drop-down list in the Dungeon Finder. Now, I only have two options: specific dungeon and Pandaria (heroic) (see the screenshot attached to the post). My current gear doesn't allow me to join heroic dungeons... I asked other players in the /world chat, and they still have this option.

I tried restarting the game, deleting the WTF and Cache folders, and I also removed all downloaded addons. I even downloaded the full client (previously, I was using the minimum version), but nothing helped. I still only see two options in the Dungeon Finder... Am I doing something wrong, or could this be a bug?

I also had some issues earlier, but I ignored them. Specifically, after reaching level 85, I was able to search for Pandaria dungeons (levels 85-90) once I had the appropriate item level. However, after reaching level 87, I was again unable to join dungeons due to having too low of an item level. Every time I played WoW, the Dungeon Finder would adjust to my item level, and if it was too low, it would search for a group as it did at level 85. Maybe it works differently in Pandaria (it’s my first time in MoP), or it’s scripted differently on this server... But this is strange behavior from the game because if I could participate in dungeons at level 89, I should also be able to at level 90... despite the item level I have.

In the screenshots, you can see that for "Scenarios," there are three available options: specific, normal, and heroic.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and help with this issue. Best regards.
