Realm: Netherwing When setting resolution for a wide monitor - screen goes black and doesnt change resolution.

Hi there,

I've tried changing my resolution from the default upon logging in. Whenever I try to change it to a (wide) resolution, and press "okay" the screen goes black and doesn't change to the (wide) resolution I've selected. Unfortunately, I simply just can't play when my character is stretched wide and my action bars are extra large/ span across the whole screen.

 

IS there a fix for this? I can't take a screenshot because the screen goes black again.

Try switching to windowed mode either ingame or by adding

SET gxWindow "1"

SET gxMaximize "1"

to your config.wtf file.

You can also directly alter your ingame resolution through this file, found in the Config directory.
