Do NOT post account info on an open forum.  I can't believe I actually have to say that.

If you sent an e-mail to [email protected] or an in-game ticket, one or the other not both, they will answer it as soon as they can. It is not necessary to make a forum post.  The problem will be resolved privately as it deals with private account details.  Repeated contacts or use of multiple channels for contact will only slow the process down.  Send your support request in an appropriate channel, just ONE request, and wait for the response.  This is a free server and the admins have lives outside of WoW (yes, there is life outside the magic box).
