Mists of Pandaria Buged storm earth and fire

The skill storm earth and fire that splits the monk and makes a copy of the monk , the first split of the monk does not mimic any of the monks skills except for auto attack and  spinning crane kick , the second summon If you summon does seem to work most of the times and does mimic the monks skills all of them , but the first split does not at all and buged  are the Devs aware of this ?
