this always felt fishy when near warriors, i have played Mace Warrior in retail, it wasn't like this but i thought "it's 15% -or more if deep thunder- chance it's just my notorious bad luck", this is my rogue, one mace equipped, I'm supposed to have a 6% chance to stun https://streamable.com/ig3w1r
