Mists of Pandaria Arms Warrior parries everything!

Guys, how do you deal with warriors infinite parry chance? I believe it is around 30%, but definitely more than 25%. Every single PvP guide says your expertise should be 3% or 6%. Lets be honest, with 6% you sacrifice stats, and it is nowhere near to counter the 30% parry chance. Every warrior fights I permanently hear those parry sounds, an it is annoying af.
