You are going to need more details than just "it broke".  Bugs have to be repeatable.  If the devs do not know exactly what goes wrong and what you were doing when things went pear-shaped then they can't try to resolve the issue or test to prove that it is fixed.

Highly doubt this is a thing otherwise rogues would be furious and mass reporting this. But yes, I agree with @ICritMyKilt, we need more information

Every raging river starts with a single drop of water, but I agree that if this were a big issue, we should expect more posts and/or replies confirming it in the time since this thread was started. Without proper details it is impossible to speculate on the legitimacy of the claim.

I take the key from the crate and the crate keeps saying its locked and cant be opened.

I also have the same problem. I have the key but the chest is locked and cant be open.

You need to train your lockpicking to 70+ before you can open the chest, even if you have the key.
