One in-game ticket is sufficient.  People opening multiple in-game tickets and e-mails is part of the reason you haven't heard anything in three days.  The GMs/Admins are volunteers, this is not their primary occupation.  They do this when they have time.  Opening multiple tickets and sending multiple e-mails does not make them respond faster, it actually makes the whole process slower as they sort through messages and have to read each one to realize "oh wait this has already been fixed" so they can move on to the next one.  There are few GMs and many players, so yes your request might take days to get an answer when the volume is high and they are wading through repeat requests to find the ones that need an answer.  I'd give them a few more days and trust the process.
