Realm: Netherwing Original Style Seal Twisting not working

Don't meme me to death, but I have been testing the Original seal twisting style activated by typing .sealtwisting on the PTR and main server, on both the original client and the new client. And it does not appear to work, is this feature depreciated or just not working? As someone who intended to play with it I'm a little disappointed.
