Turns out that now every1 has the right to do whatever they feel like, i found myself grinding for my last caster dps item and a random healer takes it away from me, i asked nicely to get it back, that it was not an item for his current role, and he said: im looting  dps items, like if it was agreed for every1 or something.

In RHCs, it is intentional that people can Need on offspec items.

It is not, in fact, toxic. It helps the queue actually pop.

Basically, if a shadow priest doesn't even queue as a healer just as a compromise, you might not even have a CHANCE to see the item drop, because queue doesn't pop. This way, you at least had a 50% chance, and lost, but you also met a healer that you can ask to queue with.

Diplomacy, understanding and polite conversation are key in RHC.

In a perfect world, everyone would enter the dungeon and say, "Hey, I'm here as DPS, but I'm trying to build a tank set.  Does anyone have a problem with me needing on tank gear?" or let the MS people roll the gear and only roll on it if no one minds the competition or in an instance where the MS people don't actually need it.  It may be frustrating losing the gear (I've repeated lost the same piece to other people and sometimes even to people who really couldn't use it, but they rolled need because they had the option...perhaps just to DE it), but that is part of the RNG of gearing in dungeons.  As Aithne said, you can try diplomacy and try to work out deals with people to help you make more attempts to get the gear for yourself or to talk them into a deal to give you the piece.  Ultimately, if they refuse and you feel they were unreasonable/rude then you can make a post like this one and let others know so they do not suffer the same injustice as you.  What can not and will not happen is intervention by a GM.  There are far too many players that feel they were screwed out of a blue/epic from a 5-man dungeon for the handful of GMs to intervene in every case.  The blues and epics from 5-man heroics are far too easy to replace and not worth the effort to try to mediate disputes over them aside from the fact that if they started doing it or made some special exception for someone then everyone would want the same thing and they would be flooded with request and lots of illegitimate ones where someone lost the roll and decided they didn't like the person or just felt it wasn't fair because the other person won 2 pieces from the dungeon and they didn't win anything.  If you really want to, you could try getting a guild group together and form a group that no one in the group wants/needs what you do and eliminate the possibility of competition for your prefered loot drops.  Like if you are a druid tank, don't bring 2 rogues and a kitty druid that might want the same pieces you are trying to win.
