Mists of Pandaria Character Transfer from Mistblade to Sheliun

Hello,

I recently returned to the game after a long time away, and I noticed that a new realm now exists. However, my characters from the old realm are not part of this new one.

I would like to know if it is possible to transfer my characters from the Mistblade realm to the Sheliun realm, or if starting from scratch is the only option in this new realm.

No. Your characters on Mistblade are on the final patch. Being able to transfer them to a fresh realm would be problematic since the fresh server is fresh and on an earlier patch as well as the fact that there wouldn't be a point to a fresh server if everyone brought their 90s from the old server.  It would kill progression and population on the new server if everyone brought their max progression toons over.  Level new characters and experience realm firsts and progression on the new realm or keep playing your old toons where they are at.
