General boss despawns in dungeon (utgarde keep normal)

just did utgarde keep. 4/5 people died on p2 of last boss. but by the time we manage to run back it was already despawned. making us unable to loot the quest item head. idk if this is the only dungeon but maby look into this? remove the despawn timer of bosses or something?
