I told you the solution

You either have your game files saved in Program Files folder or some other read-only area

I understand what you mean, but the situation is that the client is a compressed file that you simply unzip, so the game is not installed, it is like a portable version, so it does not have an address for the program files or rather In the program files there is nothing related since I repeat, the game is not installed but in a "portable" version

I looked inside the game folders and I couldn't find anything related to user settings. any other solution?

Okay! i got the solution... just have to run the exe as administrator mode. Thx problem solved.

That is not a solution.  You are giving a program administrative rights to your computer. This is a bad idea, but this does prove that the problem is the location the game files are in is not writable by the user account the game is running under.  The game stores in-game settings like keybindings and your macros in a local file inside a sub-directory of your WoW folder.  There is a hierarchical tree of folders that contain the global settings for the realm and the individual settings for each character and all organized in folders for each individual account.  The game writes those files when you log out to be able to re-apply those settings at next login, but if the WoW directory is in an area that is protected by the OS then you would not be able to save settings running under an account that lacks write permissions in that area.  Running it as administrator does allow you to save settings, but you have also trusted the application with the powers of a god over your system.  This is a terrible idea as you are putting complete faith in the developers that they won't screw up and do something that could intentionally or accidentally damage your system.  You are also trusting that no one else will figure out a way to exploit the application and find a way to use it to cause their own mayhem on your system.  Let's say just for example that someone figured out a bug in the server that would allow them to inject some code that would send a command to the client that would delete all the files on the hard drive.  A client running as a non-privileged user would only be able to delete files in the users home directory and the game directory that it has write privileges for, but a client running with god-mode powers like yours would be able to carry out the delete on any files not currently in use by the OS.  This could have devastating consequences.

Bottom line: Matick knows what he is talking about and you would be wise to take his advice and do things correctly.
