Mists of Pandaria Possible to have a paid option to boost your guild level to max?

It would be nice to have this as a paid service - a lot of the perks are easy enough to power level if you weren't competing with bots auto script inviting every new character that's created instantly, and if you aren't high enough for the XP perks it's hard to get new people to want to join anyway. Mass rez being gatekept incentivizes you not having your own guild with your own friends.
