Mists of Pandaria Character cannot dodge and parry

My protection warrior character (Ceritoxi-sheilun) is completely unable to dodge and parry. It literally cannot. Out of multiple thousand white hits (facing the mobs of course) there was not a single dodge or parry event. This happened after our MSV raid today, before the raid everything was normal. The same thing happened to a brewmaster monk (Rew-sheilun). I suspect something is broken in the raid and it bricks characters. Please look into this, and of course restore my character to a normal state as soon as possible.
