Realm: Mistblade Addon/method to mute ingame sounds except Dialog

Hey there!

I'm looking for an addon or a method that would disable all ingame sounds (spellcasts, walking, interface clicking etc) and just leave the Dialog option open. Is there such thing? I know later clients allow it by default choosing it from the Options/Audio menu, but not in this one.
