jomaropew Posted November 13 Share #4015 Posted November 13 Hi, I'm Jorge, I hope you are very well. First of all i want to thank you for bringing to us this game that we love so much and with such quality, the reason i am writing to you is to give you my opinion on the future of the server and the reason why, from my point of view, it does not attracts more players, for this i need you to keep in mind the following observations: 1) You have a server with a 10/10 quality. In other words, you have the potential to increase the number of people who play in it. 2) Most players do not have high performance computers. 3) World of warcraft is a very old game. Many of the players that the game currently has have played it since it beginnings, that is, they are people over 30 years old, with responsibilities and little time to play. That said, i continue. I do not know what plans you have with the server, or do I know the management capacity you have, so i apologize if i am offensive or if due to my ignorance i see things differently. You have a server of the highest quality, as a player i am, i can tell you that i have been to several private servers and the main reason i have left is because of the bugs, a problem that you do not have, the other reason is because of the lack of events or server support over time, I explain: progressive servers are very attractive because they show in the game but they tend to end, which is why many of us are not struck as we like to keep our progress in the game, keep our characters, for this reason we avoid realms progressive. Another reason why we abandon the servers is because they are advancing for each expansion and most of the players i know do not have a computer capable of running each of the expansions of the game, so the same server as it migrates its kingdoms from one expansion to another is in charge of driving away the players. From my point of view, it is better that you maintain a kingdom of each expansion and add content to it over time, as turtle wow is doing, many of us are going to like the fact that we can maintain our progress for years, and to help other players, you may have realms dedicated to migrating from expanding expansion, in this way you guarantee to have something for each type of player. Personally i was waiting for November 21 to play again with the union of kingdoms, but now i see that you announced the sheilun kingdom and i don't know which one to play for the legion migration, expansion that i want to play but that my colleagues cannot. Thank you very much for taking the time to read these notes, and even more for bringing this great game to us.
Administrators Aithne Posted November 13 Administrators Share #4016 Posted November 13 For one, Legion tends to run better than MoP on similar builds, second, if progressive servers are bad and stationary servers are bad, there is no right way for us to maintain a server now is there? For what it's worth, Sheilun will merge into Mistblade, and Mistblade will progress to Legion. Either server you start playing on, your character ends up on the same Legion server in the end.
