Mists of Pandaria Guild bank problems

Is anyone else having problems withdrawing things from their guild banks? I just recently started one with a friend. They are having no issues but for some reason I am unable to withdraw anything. we have changed the permissions for the ranks and tabs but nothing we do seems to fix it. I've even tried on different characters that are also in the guild with no success. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.
